Because of the slew of awesome tracks that have been released lately, we’ve decided that now is an apt time to update our Top 10 Tracks Of The Moment.

Keep in mind, we tend to focus on progressive and electro house tracks, because that’s what we know best and tend to blog mostly about. Without further ado, here are the top 10 progressive and electro house tracks you need to have in your music library right now.

10. Gotye – Somebody That I Used To Know (dBerrie Remix)

One of Berrie’s finest releases to date, this track has amazing vocals that pull the listener in, and then a devastating big-room drop, which seems to be Berrie’s specialty lately.

9. Spencer & Hill, Nadia Ali – Believe It (Cazzette Androids Sound Hot Remix)

Nadia Ali’s vocals are a welcome addition to any track. Cazzette entered the game with great skill in dubstep and electro, and the next At-Night prodigies are now diversifying and showing they have no problem moving closer to the progressive end of the spectrum.

8. Coldplay – Charlie Brown (Dave Aude Remix)

One of the better Coldplay remixes I’ve heard lately. Dave Aude creates an amazing melody and that synth he uses is magical. Chris Martin’s vocals go perfectly with it.

7. Kaskade feat. Skylar Grey – Room For Happiness (Gregori Klosman Remix)

This remix came out alongside Feenixpawl’s synthy, anthemic remix. Both were good, but the distinctly grimy feel of Klosman’s truly resonates more in a big-room. Dance-floor destroyer.

6. Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman – Roll The Dice (Original Mix)

The Swedish duo have mastered their sound, and it’s an amazing thing to watch. Hard-hitting yet anthemic progressive-house is their bread and butter. Look for this duo to be around for a while.

5. Avesta – Arena

When I heard this track, I was blown away. The piano synth work in the build-up is enough to distinguish this track in and of itself, but Avesta doesn’t stop there; he leads us into one of the most ferocious drops heard in a while.

4. M-3ox feat. Heidrun – Beating Of My Heart (Matisse & Sadko Remix)

This isn’t the only track by Matisse & Sadko you’ll see on this list, but don’t simply gloss over the later one and forget this one. This remix has some amazing vocals, and the synths are powerful, melodic, and uplifting; in essence, this is an anthem.

3. Otto Knows – Million Voices (Original Mix)

Magical. Otto Knows transforms a vocal sample into a melody, intertwining it with those background synths that hit on the drop. Plus, the kickdrums are perfectly sculpted to provide that extra punch.

2. Arty, Matisse & Sadko – Trio (Original Mix)

I’m sure everyone expected this to be #1. There’s a reason every major artist on the planet has endorsed this track. The melody is beautiful and impossible to shake from your head after listening. Something about it just stays with you; that’s the stuff great music is made of.

1. Tristan Garner – Punx (Original Mix)

Tristan Garner has multiple skills in production. He knows how to create amazing melodies, but he can also create vicious-sounding drops. Add those two together and you have the ideal elements to an amazing progressive-house track. He juxtaposes the filthy drops with the anthemic ones, and the breakdown in the middle is just magical. You’ll be hearing this for a while.
